Terms and Conditions

  • If you wish us to ship to locations other than Hong Kong or China, please email us at info@pompomlittlecouture.com.  The below Terms and Conditions apply to order shipments to Hong Kong and outside Hong Kong.  
  • Payment Methods: Our online shop accepts bank transfer, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.  Our brick-and-mortar shop accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and cash.
  • We offer free Hong Kong and China delivery for orders over HK$500.  There are three delivery options: 
    • Collection at our shop in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
    • SF Express door-to-door delivery
    • SF Express store pick-up (Hong Kong only)
  • Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.  This is not an acceptance of your order.
  • We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been accepted by us and credit card payment has been processed or bank transfer has been received.  You will be given a tracking number when you receive an email confirming the goods have been dispatched.  It usually takes four to six days after placing an order for an order to be delivered by SF Express in Hong Kong and China.  We however cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame.  We will inform you via email or by phone if a dispatch or delivery is expected to be delayed.
  • Your order cannot be cancelled once we have sent you an email informing you your order has been dispatched or your order is ready for collection at our shop. 
  • All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of order prices.  Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
  • We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason including but not limited to the following reasons:
    • An item ordered by you is out of stock.
    • An item ordered by you fails to meet our quality standards.
    • We are unable to accept your order due to a system error.
    • We are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
  • If you choose to collect the goods ordered by you at our shop, you need to present the order confirmation email, your name and telephone number when the order is collected.  You need to sign a confirmation of receipt when the goods are collected.  If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, you accept that signature of the recipient or collector is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by us.

  • Our shop hours are 12 noon-7pm Thursday and Saturday.  We are closed on public holidays.
