Goods must be exchanged within seven days from the date of delivery at your delivery address, collection at our shop or arrival at your designated SF Express location for pick-up, upon presentation of the original invoice.
Each item can only be exchanged once.
All original product packaging, tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards and extra buttons must be intact and returned together with the item to be exchanged.
Shoes must be in their original, undamaged paper box, plastic clutch bag or drawstring bag as it is considered part of the item.
Altered, washed, used, stained and damaged goods are non-exchangeable.
Hair accessories, soft toys, books and made-to-order items are non-exchangeable.
On-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How to Exchange: Please bring the item to be exchanged and original invoice to our shop at 10/F, 74 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong during shop hours.

Our shop hours are 12 noon-6:30pm Monday, 11am-6:30pm Tuesday to Friday, 11:30am-6pm Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays.
