Return Policy

  • All items sold are non-refundable.
  • Goods must be exchanged within seven days from the date of delivery at your delivery address, collection at our shop or arrival at your designated SF Express location for pick-up, upon presentation of the original invoice.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once.
  • All original product packaging, tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards and extra buttons must be intact and returned together with the item to be exchanged.
  • Shoes must be in their original, undamaged paper box, plastic clutch bag or drawstring bag as it is considered part of the item.
  • Altered, washed, used, stained and damaged goods are non-exchangeable.
  • Hair accessories, soft toys, books and made-to-order items are non-exchangeable.
  • On-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • How to Exchange: Please bring the item to be exchanged and original invoice to our shop at Units 669 & 670, 6/F, Eton Tower, 8 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong during shop hours.
